Job summary

Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with individuals, families, and caregivers to provide behavioral health services and to supervise behavioral therapists.

This full-time hybrid position in Kansas offers a salary of $75,000 to $90,000 per year, a 40-hour work week, and benefits including health, vision, dental, and a 401(k) with employer match, plus paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification from BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism.
• Proficiency in behavioral assessments and interventions.
• Familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
• Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs.
• Monitor and analyze client progress through data collection.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and caregivers.
