Job summary

GreenLight ABA in Flagstaff, Arizona is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will conduct behavioral assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise technicians to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children with ASD.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to monitor progress, adjust plans, and maintain thorough records. We offer competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, continuing education reimbursement, and regular BCBA

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA certification and be eligible to practice in Arizona.
Experience with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Ability to supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Strong data collection and progress monitoring skills.
Excellent documentation and record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments to identify areas of strength and challenge.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure high-quality care.
Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
