MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy for children with ASD and developmental disabilities. The role emphasizes a low caseload with just six clients and a strong work-life balance in a clinic-based setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field.
• Active Texas LBA.
• BCBA certification.
• 2+ years BCBA experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans based on data.
