MedCare Pediatric Group is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve pediatric clients in a clinic-based setting with a new focus on work-life balance and high-quality, family-centered ABA therapy.

The role emphasizes a low caseload (6 clients), collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and mentorship of RBTs/BTs. A Texas BCBA license and BACB certification are required, with strong leadership and communication skills essential for success.

Formación

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or related field.
• Current Texas LBA license.
• BCBA certification required/preferred.
• Minimum two years BCBA experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to RBTs/BTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
