Job summary

Behavior Analysis Support Services, Inc. (BASS) invites motivated individuals to join as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role centers on delivering ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, working 1:1 with children, and supporting skill development in communication, social, and daily living tasks.

Paid 40-hour RBT training and CPR training within 30 days, with opportunities to grow within a collaborative team of RBTs, BCaBAs, and BCBAs across centers and community settings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Physically able to bend, kneel, crouch, run and lift up to 25 lbs.
• CPR/First Aid training is paid and encouraged for course completion.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with clients receiving ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Complete 40-hour RBT training and pass BACB RBT exam within 30 days (if not certified).
• Complete CPR training within 30 days of hire.
• Record daily notes and upload to relevant databases.
• Communicate progress with BCBA and implement ABA programming.
• Provide ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings as directed.
