Job summary

The Children’s Home Network in Tampa, FL is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join its residential ABA program serving children in foster care. The position focuses on conducting assessments, developing behavior plans, and delivering therapy and caregiver training to support trauma-informed care.

The program emphasizes evidence-based practices across a 3-tier Positive Behavioral Supports framework with opportunities for flexible scheduling; full-time and part-time roles

Qualifications

• BCBA or BCaBA certification required.
• Capable of passing Level 2 Background Screening.

Responsibilities

• Completes Preference Assessments, Functional Behavior Assessments, and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Completes assessments such as Vineland, BASC, VBMAPP, MOAS, and FAST.
• Develops and reviews behavior plans.
• Delivers behavioral services including direct behavior therapy and caregiver training.
• Assists with campus-wide positive behavior supports implementation (Tier 1-3).
