Zusammenfassung

MedCare Pediatric Group, LP seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatrics team with a low caseload of six clients. This clinic-based role focuses on one-on-one therapy, collaboration with multidisciplinary staff, and family-centered care.

You'll lead Functional Behavior Assessments, develop individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, mentor BATs and BCaBAs, and use data-driven decisions to drive progress for children with ASD and related developmental disorders.

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in behavior analysis, special education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas LBA license required or eligible for licensure.
• BCBA certification with BACB credential.

Aufgaben

• Perform FBAs and behavioral evaluations to guide treatment.
• Develop individualized ABA plans and BIPs for clients.
• Provide supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs and BTs.
• Mentor BAs in Training and BCaBAs.
• Monitor progress with data-driven decisions and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate parents to support progress across environments.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, SLPs, Nursing, and other teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with BACB standards.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Current Texas Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA)
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the BACB
• Two (2) years of BCBA experience preferred
• Strong clinical leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for providing family-centered, evidence-based ABA therapy

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and behavioral evaluations
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs)
• Mentor Behavior Analysts in Training (BATs) and BCaBAs
• Monitor client progress through data-driven decision-making and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Provide parent and caregiver education to promote success across environments
• Collaborate with Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy, Nursing, and other disciplines to provide comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards
