Job summary

Achieve Beyond in the Northern VA/Metro DC area seeks a Fee For Service, Hourly BCBA to support pediatric therapy services. The role involves conducting assessments, designing intervention plans, supervising therapists, and collaborating with families to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Educational/Health/Human Services, or Psychology.
• BCBA certification and LBA licensure required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher supervision.
• Self-motivated, a team player, and patient/professional.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children with ASD and help caregivers set goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Set functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists with feedback while maintaining clinical integrity.
• Review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized and caregivers participate in therapy.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress.
• Maintain ongoing communication with parents, therapists, and the office.
• Maintain confidentiality per HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
• Ensure programs are socially significant and promote independence.
