Job summary

Achieve Beyond is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the New York City area to lead assessments, develop treatment plans, and supervise therapists. The role focuses on delivering high-quality pediatric ABA services across homes, schools, and clinics.

The candidate must hold BCBA and LBA credentials, have at least one year of ABA supervision experience, and demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and strong organizational skills. Travel within the NYC metro is expected.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required in a related field (ABA, special education, psychology, or health/human services).
• BCBA and LBA credentials are required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA client/teacher field supervision.
• Must be self-motivated, a team player, and demonstrate patience and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and collaborate with caregivers to set goals and treatment plans.
• Design behavior intervention plans aligned with individual goals.
• Create functional, observable, and measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide at least 10% direct supervision of therapists, with feedback while maintaining program integrity.
• Clinically review session notes regularly for assigned therapists.
• Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Ensure progress is generalized with active caregiver participation.
• Conduct reassessments at least twice per year and summarize progress for each client.
• Maintain regular communication with parents, therapists, and the Achieve Beyond office.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations.
