Job summary

JD McCarty Center in Norman, OK is seeking an energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric ABA team and lead treatment planning. You will supervise and train staff, develop individualized treatment plans, conduct functional behavior assessments, and collaborate with physical, speech, and occupational therapists to support each child’s goals.

Qualifications

• Must maintain BCBA certification and Oklahoma LBA license.
• Strong time management skills and ability to think quickly in unexpected situations.
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team with therapists and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and provide training for Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Train staff on ABA therapy principles and supervise interns.
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and identify behavior strategies.
• Collaborate with Physical, Speech, Occupational Therapies to support treatment plans.
• Attend events related to ABA services and manage data collection and daily notes.
