FABS is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated and caring professionals, to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism and related Pervasive Developmental Disorders in their home, community, and clinic setting. Each BCBA is responsible for the design and implementation of individualized behavioral treatment programs for clients in their homes, schools, or community. The BCBA is accountable for ensuring that the treatment plan and goals are communicated and progress occurs. Conduct initial and on-going assessments including the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS and Vineland-III. Provide parent training sessions. The BCBA supervises and evaluates Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) performance and provides feedback to develop programs, training and mentoring ensuring high-quality services are being provided.
Part time pay rate $50.00-$65.00 Hourly
Full time pay rate $74,000-$90,000 Salary + benefits
