Westside Children's Therapy in Illinois seeks a dedicated BCBA for a Project Hope role. You will deliver ABA supervision, mentor RBTs, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care, with a flexible, part-time schedule.

The position offers hybrid and Telehealth options, a focus on families in need, and a commitment to professional development and leadership growth within the team.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, ABA or related field.
• Behavior Analyst licensure or license eligible in Illinois.
• Clinic experience preferred and availability for two days per week evenings.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy programs.
• Monitor client progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Support RBTs through training, coaching and supervision.
• Complete required documentation, including progress reports.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain caseload.
