Job summary

Blossom ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a BCBA for a full-time hybrid role in North Carolina. You will conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans, and provide both telehealth and in-person services while supervising RBTs and BTs.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active North Carolina LBA license.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and collaborating with families.
• Willingness to travel for in-person services.
• Ability to maintain professional telehealth environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, reassessments, and update programs based on client progress.
• Provide a balanced mix of telehealth and in-person services.
• Analyze clinical data and make evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs/BTs through observation, coaching, training, and feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency.
• Provide caregiver training and support to families for effective strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Proactively communicate scheduling, tech, travel, or service barriers.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, complete reassessments, and update programs based on client progress and clinical needs.
• Provide a balanced combination of telehealth and in-person clinical services.
• Analyze clinical data and make timely, evidence-based treatment decisions.
• Supervise RBTs and BTs through observation, coaching, training, and meaningful performance feedback.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, schools, and other professionals to promote consistency and progress across settings.
• Provide caregiver training and support to help families implement effective treatment strategies.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with payer, privacy, telehealth, and state requirements.
• Proactively communicate scheduling, technology, travel, or other service-related barriers.

What We’re Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active NC LBA.
• Live in or within 40 miles of NC.
• Experience with clinical supervision, treatment planning, data analysis, and caregiver collaboration.
• Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to evidence-based ABA practices.
• Reliable internet access and a private, professional environment suitable for telehealth.
• Ability and willingness to travel for required in-person services.
• Strong organizational skills, independence, and responsive communication.
• A collaborative, client-centered approach to clinical care.
