Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years ABA field experience with diverse ages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Design individualized ABA programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Support families with clear explanations of assessment results and recommendations.
