You will lead functional assessments and collaborate with a team in a neuroaffirming, trauma-informed environment.

This role offers realistic caseloads, no nights or weekends, paid CE/conferences, and paid recertification.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential required.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience with diverse ages.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional assessments.
• Design behavior and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; monitor progress.
• Support families to understand assessments and recommendations.
