Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate in-person BCBA to join our team. NC LBA is required. This role is crucial in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, conducting diagnostic evaluations, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and analysis.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy to clients in various settings, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Train and supervise staff in the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
• Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Stay current with research, trends, and best practices in the field of behavior analysis.

Requirements

• BCBA certification required.
