Job summary

ABA Centers of Tennessee seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Knoxville, TN. This full‑time role focuses on designing and supervising behavior-analytic programs for children and families, with oversight of RBTs and caregivers.

Compensation ranges from $85K to $110K, determined by experience and credentials. You will conduct assessments, supervise staff pursuing BCBA certification weekly, and participate in ongoing clinical development through our ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Masters degree required and BCBA credential active.
• Initiate state licensure before start date.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee implementation of programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments for behavioral intervention needs (e.g., preference/functional assessments).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Engage in other typical BCBA activities.
