BK Behavior in Maryland is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide ABA services to children and families. The role is a hybrid position with in-person clinical duties and remote work based on client needs.

The opportunity supports a flexible part-time or full-time caseload with strong clinical support and ongoing professional development. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, supervising technicians, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing required.
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians.
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with standards.
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families throughout Maryland. This is a hybrid position, combining in-person clinical responsibilities with remote work based on client and program needs.

This opportunity is ideal for a BCBA looking for a flexible part-time/full-time caseload while still having access to strong clinical support, professional development, and opportunities for continued growth within BK Behavior.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs
• Monitor client progress and update treatment plans as clinically appropriate
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions
• Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
• Participate in both remote and in-person services as required by client and program needs

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing
• Eligible for or currently holding Maryland licensure
• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Ability to provide in-person services in Maryland as needed
