Job summary

Shining Steps ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead treatment planning and supervise RBTs in a collaborative, growth-focused environment in Missouri. The role emphasizes delivering individualized ABA care and working closely with families and school teams.

The candidate will conduct assessments, ensure ethical practice, and drive client progress through skilled clinical leadership and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to maintain detailed documentation and uphold professional standards.
• Passion for helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and functional behavior assessments.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs, providing hands-on training and support.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and school teams to ensure holistic care.
• Ensure all programming and documentation meet ethical, clinical, and compliance standards.
• Monitor client progress and lead clinical team meetings.
