Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience or passion working with autism and families.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service.
• Assess and plan with functional behavior assessments and goals.
• Lead monthly caregiver training sessions with families.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
