Job summary

B Above Therapy hires a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Hammond, IN with Part-Time or Full-Time opportunities. Earn $70–$90 per hour, plus bonuses, while developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans and supervising RBTs in a supportive, clinician-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for improving lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
