Job summary

Achieve Beyond in New York City is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric therapy team across NYC metro. You will assess, design intervention plans, supervise therapists, and work with families to achieve meaningful goals in home, clinic, and community settings.

A Master's degree in Behavior Analysis or related field and BCBA/LBA certification are required, with at least one year of ABA supervision.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of one year of ABA supervision experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments for children diagnosed with ASD and set meaningful goals with caregivers.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Create measurable goals for therapists and caregivers.
• Provide direct supervision of therapists (at least 10%).
• Review session notes to ensure program integrity.
• Analyze data and adjust programs based on results.
• Coordinate with families and Achieve Beyond office, ensuring confidentiality.
• Ensure programs promote independence and social significance.
