Job summary

Butterfly Effects, a BCBA-led organization based in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our center-based team. You will lead clinical practice, supervise RBTs, and develop individualized treatment plans for children with autism, while collaborating with families and multidisciplinary colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise: Oversee RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan: Conduct functional assessments and create evidence-based treatment goals.
• Empower families: Run monthly caregiver training sessions to build family capacity.
• Coordinate care: Collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals.
