Job summary

Butterfly Effects in Fresno, Hanford, and Visalia is seeking BCBAs to lead clinical teams within a BCBA-led organization that emphasizes growth, supervision, and autonomy. You will design and supervise treatment plans with access to resources and interdisciplinary collaboration, ensuring ethical, high-quality ABA while supporting families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with interdisciplinary teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise RBTs/BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Perform functional behavior assessments and develop evidence-based treatment goals.
• Coordinate with therapists, educators, and professionals for holistic outcomes.
• Provide caregiver training and engage families to build capacity.
