Butterfly Effects in the United States is seeking a BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team. You will lead supervision of RBTs and BTs, design individualized ABA plans, and collaborate with therapists, educators, and families to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Active BCBA certification (BACB).
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan functional behavior assessments, set goals, and create evidence-based plans.
• Empower families through monthly caregiver training sessions.
• Coordinate care with therapists, educators, and other professionals for holistic outcomes.
