Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead a clinical team in Terre Haute, IN. You will conduct assessments, design and adjust behavior plans, and mentor staff to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, caregivers and the clinical team, with opportunities for professional development and certifications.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience coordinating care with families, staff and partners.
• Experience in assessments and development of treatment plans.
• Ability to mentor staff and provide supervision and feedback.
• Proficient use of ABA methodologies and reliable documentation.
• Knowledge of licensure/credentialing requirements and audits.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial and ongoing assessments for clients.
• Develop and monitor individual treatment and behavior plans.
• Provide staff training and supervision to improve client progress.
• Facilitate caregiver meetings and training to ensure open communication.
• Maintain licensure, certifications and credentialing current.
