Job summary

AHRC NYC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for Staten Island Preparatory. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00 A.M-4:00 P.M with a 10-month calendar and summer session. You will supervise ABA services across agency programs and establish data collection systems to measure progress.

You will participate in Child Study meetings, IEP reviews and Parent clinics, while traveling to school sites as needed. Salary ranges from $87,409 to $90,640 annually.

Qualifications

• Masters in Special Education, Social Work or related human services field; BCBA certification required.
• Minimum of three years of experience in providing and/or supervising ABA service programs and staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervise development and implementation of ABA services to ensure quality and consistency.
• Establish data collection systems to measure, analyze and report on academic, social and behavioral performance.
• Participate in Child Study meetings, IEP reviews, Behavior Support planning and parent clinics.
• Provide expert supervision to staff based on current knowledge of theory, research and best practices in developmental disabilities and autism.
• Must be willing to travel to school site regularly.
