Responsibilities

• Train team of behavior technicians and supervise with clients.
• Perform assessments and create individualized client programs.
• Analyze client progress and update programs.
• Conduct weekly parent training meetings.
• Supervise interns/trainers and RBTs.
• Handle insurance correspondence and safety management.
