Job summary

ChanceLight Behavioral Health, Therapy, & Education in Euclid, Ohio is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral supports within the Special Education team. You will guide teachers, implement FBAs and BIPs, and ensure IEP-aligned outcomes for diverse learners.

The role emphasizes mentoring staff, evaluating program quality, and delivering professional development while upholding regulatory standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in applied behavior analysis, behavioral health, special education or a closely related field.
• BCBA credential in progress or licensed.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.

Responsibilities

• Delivering training and guidance to teachers in FBAs and BIPs.
• Monitoring instructional quality and behavioral supports for students.
• Modeling best practices and aligning with IEP goals.
• Developing staff training programs and researching evidence-based curricula.
• Coaching school staff in crisis prevention and management.
