Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Texas license as an LBA and certified by the BACB as a BCBA.
• 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train BTs and RBTs.
• Mentor BATs and BCaBAs.
