Job summary

Ability-Builders-Consulting-Co. in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead clinical work with children and families, conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.

You will supervise RBTs/BCaBAs, analyze data, train caregivers, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to BACB standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Licensed (or eligible) in Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for meaningful outcomes.
• Provide supervision and ongoing training to RBTs and BCaBAs.
• Analyze client data and make timely clinical decisions toward goals.
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with families for skill generalization.
• Partner with interdisciplinary providers, school teams, and community stakeholders.
• Complete documentation meeting BACB, insurance, Medicaid, and company standards.
• Participate in peer collaboration, clinical reviews, and professional development.
• Uphold BACB ethical standards.
