Blooming Behavior Services LLC in San Diego is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA programs for children with ASD. The role includes supervising staff, conducting training, and leading team meetings to update treatment plans. A BCBA certification and a Master's in behavior analysis are required, with preferred supervision experience.

Spanish is a plus. Sign-on bonus available.

Formación

• Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Minimum 1 year of ABA experience with children with ASD.
• Experience supervising ABA programs and training caregivers.
• Knowledge of DTT, NET, VB and VB-MAPP/Vineland/ABLLS/FBA assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Design and oversee ABA treatment programs for ASD and related needs.
• Provide ongoing staff, caregiver, and professional training on ABA plans.
• Supervise patients face-to-face in assigned region.
• Lead patient team meetings to update treatment plans.
• Write goals, assess needs, and track progress.
• Prepare initial assessments and progress reports for insurers.
• Support families with IEP/IFSP and transition meetings.
• Coordinate care meetings with caregivers, school staff, SLP, and OT.
