Ability Builders in Virginia/Maryland seeks a licensed BCBA to join our Autism therapy team. You will supervise and design ABA programs for children with autism, coordinate with staff, and provide family training within treatment plans.

Responsibilities include data-driven program evaluation, regular supervision meetings, and ensuring ethical, respectful, and structured care. Must be enrolled or licensed in VA with BCBA certification.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.
• Experience in ABA and supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, administer, and oversee ABA services.
• Develop individualized goals and behavior support plans.
• Ensure data collection systems are implemented and reviewed.
