Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise behavioral assessments and functional assessment measures.
• Develop individualized goals and objectives for programs and design behavior support plans based on functional assessment data.
• Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented to collect quantifiable data for continual evaluation of plans and goals.
• Oversee ongoing program, conduct regular supervision with behavior technicians, and render family training sessions per the ITP.
