Job summary

Kind Behavioral Health (KBH) is seeking ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our North Carolina clinics. We provide life-changing ABA treatment to children and families and are committed to evidence-based practice and high-quality care.

The Behavior Analyst will design and oversee ABA treatment, evaluate client needs, educate parents, and supervise technicians to ensure reliable implementation and data-driven outcomes. Join a team focused on growth and compassionate service.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing
• 1+ year experience in ABA
• Experience with ASD preferred
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background and reference check

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments according to client needs and ABA protocols.
• Design and supervise Treatment Plans of Care with fidelity.
• Develop measurement and data collection systems to track progress.
• Provide case oversight of RBTs and ensure clinical quality.
• Mentor RBTs to promote professional growth and effective treatment.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with BCBAs and staff for client outcomes.
