Kind Behavioral Health is seeking ROCKSTAR BCBAs to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina. As a Behavior Analyst, you will design and oversee ABA treatment programs while providing support and mentorship to RBTs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in ABA is preferred.
• Must possess BCBA certification in good standing.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavior assessments based on client needs.
• Design Treatment Plans of Care.
• Provide mentorship to Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs).
• Attend monthly team and client outcomes meetings.
