Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah is seeking a highly motivated BCBA to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. The role includes supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with families and professionals, and maintaining thorough progress documentation.

• Experience applying ABA principles to diverse clients.
• Ability to lead teams of behavior technicians.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioural needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behaviour intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behaviour technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
