Center for Social Dynamics (CSD) is seeking a BCBA to lead and oversee ABA programs across virtual and in-person settings. You will mentor Clinical Leaders and mid-level clinicians while ensuring fidelity, ethics, and data-driven treatment planning.

Join a collaborative team with regional leadership and operational support, with opportunities for clinical research, CEU development, and professional growth. Travel within service areas is expected as part of delivering high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Requires BCBA credential and a master’s degree.
• Strong clinical judgment with experience overseeing ABA programs.
• Excellent communication and leadership in clinical teams.
• Ability to travel within service areas and mentor staff.

Responsabilités

• Oversee and ensure fidelity of ABA programs (virtual and in-person).
• Coach Clinical Leaders (Mid-Level Supervisors) and Behavior Specialists.
• Complete and review treatment plans, progress reports, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with clinical and payer standards.
• Lead trainings and clinical development initiatives.
• Partner with Regional Directors and Operations teams on quality and compliance.
