Job summary

Blue Gems ABA in Westminster, MD is seeking a BCBA to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and oversee RBTs in a collaborative, family-centered setting. This role emphasizes data-driven decisions, ongoing caregiver training, and cross-disciplinary teamwork with schools and professionals.

The position offers growth into leadership, a supportive clinical leadership team, and balance through flexible scheduling within a full-time framework.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to RBTs.
