SNFout in Park City, Utah seeks a BCBA Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time, in-person role overseeing center operations and clinical programs with a salary range of $90k–$115k plus benefits.

The position blends hands-on clinical supervision with business management, leading a team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and other staff to ensure high-quality ABA services while maintaining compliance with state and payer requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA certification and eligibility for Utah licensure.
• 3–5 years' experience providing direct ABA therapy.
• 1–2 years in leadership, supervision, or clinical director roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and oversight of treatment plans.
• Oversee staff supervision, mentorship, and ongoing training.
• Ensure compliance with BACB Ethics Code, ABA best practices, and state regulations.
• Manage center operations, scheduling, and caseload assignments.
• Coordinate referrals and community outreach.
