Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or related field required.
• BCBA certification required by BACB.

Responsibilities

• Supervising direct 1:1 treatment and developing individualized goals/objectives.
• Conducting behavior assessments.
• Individualizing client treatment plans.
• Managing RBTs/BTs.
• Conducting monthly caregiver training.
