Butterfly Effects in Addison, TX is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children and their families. You will supervise direct 1:1 treatment, conduct assessments, tailor treatment plans, manage RBTs/BTs, and lead monthly caregiver trainings within a supportive, mission-driven team environment that values growth and community impact.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification with BACB credential.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs/BTs and designing individual behavior plans.

• Supervising direct 1:1 treatment service, developing individualized goals/objectives.
• Conducting behavior assessments.
• Individualizing client treatment plans.
