Job summary

ABA Centers of America in Foxborough, MA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design and supervise ABA programs for children and families. You will lead skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans and oversee RBTs and caregivers.

The role offers a starting salary of $95,000–$115,000 per year with relocation assistance up to $15,000, and strong growth opportunities within a supportive, data-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Initiate the state licensure process prior to the start date.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and monitor skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction programs.
• Oversee the implementation of behavior-analytic programs by RBTs and caregivers.
• Conduct assessments related to the need for behavioral intervention (e.g., preference assessment, functional assessment, staff performance assessment).
• Be willing and able to supervise others seeking BCBA certification weekly.
• Other typical BCBA activities.
