Job summary

Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Colonial Heights, VA team. This role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services to children and families within a collaborative clinical environment.

The successful candidate will design and supervise ABA programs, mentor RBTs, and maintain compliant documentation while working with an experienced leadership and intake teams to support client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA/related field required.
• Must be eligible to practice in Virginia.
• Prior ABA clinical experience required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Design and oversee ABA programming and behavior intervention plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians and Behavior Technicians.
• Monitor client progress and make clinical modifications as needed.
• Maintain timely and compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support clinical excellence and positive client outcomes.
• Participate in team meetings, training initiatives, and quality improvement efforts.
