Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated BCBA to oversee a growing caseload in Southern Maryland, primarily in Lexington Park and Great Mills. This role offers a salary of $90,000–$115,000 annually and a hybrid schedule with weekday evenings and weekend availability to support a full caseload.

Must-have: BCBA certification and LBA license with a Master's degree in ABA or related field. Spanish-speaking skills and CPR certification are a plus.

Qualifications

• Must-have: Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs.
• Developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Supervising and mentoring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers.
• Analyzing data to drive meaningful outcomes.
