Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Spanish-speaking abilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee personalized ABA programs for clients.
• Collaborate with therapists, families, and caregivers.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Analyze data to drive meaningful outcomes.
• Bring creativity and compassion to every session.
