Jade ABA Therapy is seeking a motivated BCBA to join our Lexington Park, Maryland team. This role focuses on designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs that empower clients to reach their fullest potential, while you mentor RBTs and collaborate with families and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA certification and LBA license.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Designing and overseeing personalized ABA programs.
• Collaborating with therapists, families, and caregivers.
• Supervising and mentoring RBTs.
• Analyzing data to drive outcomes.
