Job summary

Interlocking Connections LLC in Enfield, CT is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide support through Applied Behavior Analysis services. The ideal candidate should have a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with clients on the Autism Spectrum. Qualifications

• Must be a certified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Knowledge of Discrete Trial Training (DTT) programming.
• Ability to respond quickly to various forms of communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to programming and training of staff.
• Assist in the development of training in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Develop and implement assessment tools and behavior strategies.
• Provide ongoing support and training to support professionals.
