Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA supervisor in Indiana to lead clinical teams serving children with autism. You will provide direct and indirect supervision, develop evidence-based ABA programs, and ensure data-driven progress across cases.

The role emphasizes collaboration with families, regular review of progress notes, and ongoing program refinement to maximize outcomes for each child served.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required.
• Active BCBA Certification from the BACB.
• Experience working with children on the Autism spectrum.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis.
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes.
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised.
• Regular communication with parents.
• Coordinate with Program Manager to maintain quality of cases.
• Offer suggestions of incorporating individualized goals into family’s daily routine.
• Provide parent and staff training.
