Behavior Frontiers is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Downey, California to join our growing ABA team. You will design and implement evidence-based programs for children with autism and contribute to life-changing outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary between $82,000 and $87,000 per year, plus bonuses, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth through ongoing CEUs and training.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA with a master's degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and verbal behavior (VB) methodologies
